We manufacture sophisticated customer-specific products on a production area of 4,000 m². As a contract manufacturing partner with many years of experience, Sasse produces components, entire devices and complex systems covering all the aspects from supplier management, procurement, incoming goods inspection, assembly, programming and testing to shipping.

Our 60 highly qualified production staff offer you the following production methods: bonding, gluing, ultrasonic welding, soldering, screwing and plugging as well as CNC laser marking.

Each product goes through a product life cycle starting with the product development, with a timely introduction phase, going through the growth, maturation and saturation phase and finally reaching the degeneration or end-of-life phase. Each of these phases has its own challenges and requires certain measures.
Due to our many years of experience with our own products as well as customer products, we have defined frameworks and established processes to effectively address the challenges of each of these phases.
Through a very close exchange with our customers and our suppliers, we live through and shape each individual product life cycle.
